Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our management team in Pimpri Chinchwad. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role and be ready to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Manage Scheduling:** Organize and maintain the calendars of executives, ensuring that meetings, appointments, and deadlines are met efficiently.

- **Handle Communication:** Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring that messages are conveyed clearly and professionally.

- **Prepare Reports:** Assist in creating presentations and reports required by management for meetings, ensuring that information is accurate and well-organized.

- **Maintain Files:** Keep important documents and records organized and up-to-date to ensure easy access and retrieval for the team.
