Responsibilities and Duties
• Coordination with Team Members & Field personnel
• Coordinating Website, News Letter and sending all communication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Team Member files, records, and documentation.
• Managing Vacancy, Requirements & carrying out Recruitment
• Data Analysis
• Salary structuring & Leave management
• Dealing with queries on policy matters
• Perform periodic audits of files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
Candidate Profile
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good verbal & written communication in English
• Good Excel skills & Working Knowledge of MS Office
• Good arithmetical skills
• Multitasking ability
• Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information & situations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Fresher’s can apply with good skills & qualification
• Minimum Graduate in any stream
• Additional qualification in Management Law etc proffered
• Age 21 years to 30 years
