job summary:
we are seeking a passionate and driven inside sales educational counselor to join our team. the primary
responsibility of this role is to engage with potential students, understand their educational needs, and guide
them through the enrollment process for our educational programs. the inside sales educational counselor
will play a crucial role in advising prospective students on the various courses offered, answering their queries,
and assisting them in making informed decisions about their educational journey.
key responsibilities:
1. student engagement: engage with prospective students through various channels including phone calls,
emails, and online chats to understand their educational goals and preferences.
2. counseling: provide personalized counseling sessions to prospective students, guiding them on the suitable
educational programs based on their interests, background, and career aspirations.
3. information dissemination: effectively communicate information about the courses, curriculum,
admission requirements, fees, and other relevant details to prospective students.
4. follow-up: maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to address any concerns, provide
additional information, and guide them through the enrollment process.
5. sales conversion: utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into enrolled students, meeting or
exceeding monthly enrollment targets.
6. relationship building: build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to foster trust and
confidence in the institution and its programs.
7. data management: maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, inquiries, and
enrollment status using crm software.
8. collaboration: collaborate closely with the admissions team, marketing team, and other departments to
streamline the enrollment process and improve overall student experience.
qualifications and skills:
1. bachelors degree.
2. proven experience in inside sales, educational counselling, or a related field.
3. excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and influence prospective students.
5. empathetic and patient approach towards understanding students needs and concerns.
6. ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
