Job Description:

1. Job Location : Kirti Nagar, New Delhi ( Delhi West)

2. Experience - Min 2 Yrs in same industry

Skills Required :

a. Good Knowledge of Working on Online Marketplaces such as Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm, Amazon, Etc.

b. Should be able to send/receive e-mails.

c. Good knowledge of working on Internet/Computer.

d. Deep Knowledge of Working on Microsoft Office.

e. Awareness of Basic Accounting

f. Good communication skills in verbal as well as in written communication required.

Roles and Responsibilities

Create product listings on sites like eBay, Amazon etc.

Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and snazzy formulae

Communicate with courier companies and customers to make sure the products reach the customers

Coordinate with client staff to make sure we have up to date inventory data

Address customer complaints on phone and email

Coordinate with people at eBay, Amazon, etc for deals & promotions
