## Key Responsibilities

The E-Commerce Product Manager will be responsible for:

### Marketplace Management

* Managing seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and other platforms

* Monitoring account health and performance metrics

* Ensuring compliance with marketplace policies

### Product Catalog Management

* Creating and optimizing product listings

* Uploading product images and content

* Managing product descriptions, specifications, and keywords

* Improving listing visibility through SEO optimization

### Inventory & Stock Management

* Monitoring stock levels

* Preventing stock-outs and overstock situations

* Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams

### Order & Return Management

* Processing customer orders efficiently

* Managing returns, replacements, and refunds

* Resolving operational issues quickly

### Advertising & Promotions

* Running Amazon PPC campaigns

* Managing Flipkart Ads and marketplace promotions

* Optimizing advertising budgets for maximum ROI

* Analyzing campaign performance

### Pricing & Competitor Analysis

* Monitoring competitor pricing

* Implementing pricing strategies

* Tracking market trends and opportunities

### Payment & Reporting

* Reconciling marketplace payments

* Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

* Analyzing business performance and recommending improvements

## Skills We Are Looking For

Candidates should possess:

* Experience with Amazon Seller Central

* Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub

* Knowledge of Meesho and JioMart seller portals

* Strong Excel and reporting skills

* Understanding of e-commerce advertising

* Cataloging and listing optimization expertise

* Inventory management knowledge

* Excellent communication and analytical skills

## Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

* 2+ years of e-commerce management experience

* Experience in FMCG, cleaning, or household products

* Knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace advertising

* Strong problem-solving abilities
