job description

we are looking for an experienced e-commerce & digital marketing specialist who has hands-on experience in shopify store management, lead generation, sales conversion, and social media marketing. the ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, marketing strategy, and growth in the startup ecosystem.

responsibilities

build, manage, and maintain the companys shopify e-commerce website (product listings, design updates, plugins, and customer flow optimization).

develop and execute online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.

generate qualified leads and handle sales follow-ups via calls, chat, and digital platforms.

manage social media pages (instagram, facebook, linkedin, etc.) with engaging content and paid ad campaigns.

implement and track smm (social media marketing) and seo/sem strategies for brand visibility.

collaborate with management to develop new marketing funnels and conversion strategies.

analyze campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.

requirements

minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, shopify management, and digital marketing.

proven track record in lead generation and online sales conversion.

strong knowledge of seo, google ads, meta ads, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.

excellent communication and customer engagement skills (phone, chat, and social platforms).

ability to work independently and contribute to a growing startup environment.
