Client Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
o Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable plans.
o Regularly update clients with performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations.
Platform Management:
o Ensure accurate and timely catalogue uploads, listings, and content enhancements across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Big Basket, etc.).
o Monitor and optimize product discoverability, visibility, and sales.
Campaign Execution:
o Support planning and execution of keyword, sponsored ads, and display campaigns.
o Track daily metrics like sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, and flag anomalies.
Internal Coordination:
o Work closely with internal content, design, analytics, and tech teams to deliver campaigns and projects on time.
o Manage project trackers, task lists, and timelines.
Data & Reporting:
o Maintain campaign trackers, weekly performance decks, and monthly business reviews with detailed analytics and insights.
o Highlight key wins, learnings, and areas for improvement.
