E Commerce Executive (Full Time)

Job Description

client management:

o act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

o understand client business goals and translate them into actionable plans.

o regularly update clients with performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations.

platform management:

o ensure accurate and timely catalogue uploads, listings, and content enhancements across marketplaces (amazon, flipkart, blinkit, big basket, etc.).

o monitor and optimize product discoverability, visibility, and sales.

campaign execution:

o support planning and execution of keyword, sponsored ads, and display campaigns.

o track daily metrics like sales, traffic, conversion rates, roas, and flag anomalies.

internal coordination:

o work closely with internal content, design, analytics, and tech teams to deliver campaigns and projects on time.

o manage project trackers, task lists, and timelines.

data & reporting:

o maintain campaign trackers, weekly performance decks, and monthly business reviews with detailed analytics and insights.

o highlight key wins, learnings, and areas for improvement.
