• responsibility to handle issues & queries from the customer.

• compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

• take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution

• maintain knowledge of all existing and upcoming products of the company.

• should handle inbound/outbound calls

• should adhere to targets given by the management.

candidate description

• candidate with excellent english/tamil communication skills. additional language communication a plus( hindi/telugu/malayalam)

• strong customer service background and positive attitude

• minimum of 6 months of continuous bpo experience mandatory

• highly self motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within lesser time frame.

• good understanding of the current market position of the product to which the customer support service is provided.
