Additional language communication a plus( HINDI/TELUGU/MALAYALAM) Strong customer service background and positive attitude Minimum of 6 months of continuous BPO experience mandatory Highly self motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within lesser time frame. Good understanding of the current market position of the product to which the customer support service is provided.
