Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to coordinate the loading and unloading of goods. The Dispatcher will ensure smooth communication between drivers, warehouse staff, and customers, and will make sure all loads are handled safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers for loading and unloading goods.

Communicate with warehouse teams to ensure goods are ready on time.

Track shipments and update clients about load status.

Handle any issues during loading/unloading and find quick solutions.

Maintain records of all shipments, driver logs, and load details.

Ensure that safety and handling procedures are always followed.

Requirements:

Experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, dispatching software, etc.).

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
