Dispatch Assistant - Full Time

Industry: TMT / Steel Manufacturing

Department: Sales & Operations

Location: HO / Plant Coordination (Both Factories)

Reporting To: GM €“ Sales / Director

Key Responsibilities

€¢ Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials from factories

€¢ Coordinate with production team for dispatch planning and rolling programs

€¢ Follow up with customers for pending material lifting

€¢ Coordinate with logistics and transporters for smooth deliveries

€¢ Engage with brokers and project sales for inquiries and quotations

€¢ Track production vs sales commitments and update stakeholders

€¢ Monitor payments and outstanding follow-ups with customers

€¢ Maintain dispatch, sales, and payment records

€¢ Perform other tasks assigned by GM €“ Sales /Directors

Key Skills

€¢ Knowledge of TMT products, dispatch & sales operations

€¢ Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills

€¢ Understanding of production planning & logistics

€¢ Basic knowledge of billing, payments & ERP systems

€¢ Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Qualification & Experience

€¢ Graduate / Diploma

€¢ Knowledge of Tally Software

€¢ 3€“5 years experience in TMT / steel / manufacturing sales & dispatch
