Roles & Responsibilities:
Building Sales Funnel (Generating Leads) - The BDM should get the right contacts of residential complex by ways of Scouting – Procuring Databases- Online and offline, Builders, Brokers etc.
Fix meetings - The BDM will be responsible for arranging meetings for the CPS-Junction demo and discussion.
Product Demo - The BDM should be well-versed with the entire product suite to conduct a face-to-face demo session.
Follow-up and Relationship Building - The BDM should try to build a very good relationship with the decision-makers of the management committee.
Requirements and skills
ï‚·Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or a relevant role for minimum 4yrs.
ï‚·Proficiency in English/Hindi/Local must.
ï‚·Communication and negotiation skills
ï‚·Identify and develop new market opportunities for the company's products/services.
ï‚·Responsible for assigned over all targets for the defined Location and its day to day achievable.
Qualification
ï‚·Graduation/Post Graduation/ and MBA (Marketing) would be an welcoming Advantages
ï‚·Minimum 4 years of proven track record in Business Sales.
ï‚·Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
ï‚·Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
