Key Responsibilities:
Lead brand development: product strategy, pricing, packaging, and GTM
Drive marketing: digital, retail, influencer, PR, offline
Execute sales strategies across D2C, marketplaces, and offline retail
Manage supply chain, vendor relations, sourcing, QC, and inventory
Oversee e-commerce channels (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), onboarding, and sales campaigns
Run ad campaigns, SEO, and online marketing
Analyze performance metrics, report insights, and manage P&L
Build and lead a small, high-performing team
Conduct product and market research
Liaise with freelancers, agencies, and influencers
What Were Looking For:
510 years in FMCG, beauty, personal care, wellness, or D2C
Strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce
Experience with brand building, sales, and operations
Startup or early-stage experience is a plus
Excellent vendor and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and execution-driven
Analytical with P&L, budget, and KPI expertise
Passion for Ayurveda, wellness, and conscious brands
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in SEO, online ads, and social media marketing
