Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
Creating the complete digital marketing roadmap (0 1 launch strategy)
Driving brand positioning & authority in the Reiki + wellness category
Managing agency + in-house execution
Building performance funnels for user acquisition & practitioner onboarding
Scaling app downloads & marketplace liquidity
This is a founding growth role with direct founder exposure and long-term leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities
1 Marketing Strategy & Roadmap
Develop 6-month and 12-month digital marketing strategy
Define GTM plan for app launch
Create monthly and weekly marketing execution calendar
Identify ICP (Users + Practitioners) and segment funnels
Set KPIs for CAC, LTV, downloads, retention, activation
2 Performance Marketing & Growth
Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Google Ads (Search + Display + YouTube)
App install campaigns
Retargeting funnels
Landing page optimization
Budget allocation & ROI optimization
Track and optimize:
CAC
CTR
CPL
Conversion Rate
Cost per Download
Cost per Onboarded Practitioner
3 Content & Brand Authority
Build structured content engine:
LinkedIn thought leadership
Instagram reels
Short-form educational videos
Blog SEO strategy (45 blogs per month)
Convert Reiki insights into authority-building content
Work with founders for story-based posts
Maintain tone aligned with Atmanns spiritual-tech positioning
4 Funnel & Automation
Set up lead capture funnels
Email marketing automation
WhatsApp Business automation
CRM tracking
Drip campaigns for:
App downloads
Practitioner onboarding
Re-engagement
5 Website & App Marketing Alignment
Optimize website UX for conversion
Push chatbot integration for download redirection
Improve landing pages
Ensure SEO optimization
Coordinate with product team for in-app growth triggers
6 Agency & Vendor Management
Evaluate and manage external digital agencies
Define deliverables and performance expectations
Monitor reporting and accountability
Ensure alignment with growth targets
7 Analytics & Reporting
Weekly performance dashboards
Monthly founder-level marketing reports
Data-driven decision making
A/B testing frameworks
Required Skills & Experience
37 years experience in digital marketing
Experience in startup / D2C / app growth environment preferred
Strong understanding of performance marketing
Hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
SEO tools
Email automation platforms
CRM systems
Ability to build funnels end-to-end
Strong analytical mindset
