Digital Marketing:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and grow engagement
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
Implement SEO best practices to increase website traffic and search ranking
Create and manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and improvements
Graphic Design:
Design creatives for social media, web banners, emailers, brochures, presentations, etc.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create marketing collateral
Edit basic video content/reels for social and digital platforms (optional but preferred)
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, etc.)
Strong understanding of design principles and trends in digital marketing
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail
Preferred:
Basic video editing skills (Premier Pro, CapCut, etc.)
Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design platforms
Experience with CRM tools or marketing automation
