key responsibilities

handle campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ensure maximum roi within allocated spends.
conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis for campaign optimization.
create and test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
analyze campaign performance using google analytics, google ads manager, and meta business suite.
implement a/b testing and performance improvement strategies to enhance ad performance.
track and report key metrics like cpc, ctr, roas, and cpa to evaluate success.
stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.
coordinate with content and design teams for consistent messaging and branding.
required skills & qualifications
bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
minimum 1 year of proven experience managing google ads and meta ads campaigns.
proven record of handling 10 lakhs+ ad spend across campaigns.
strong understanding of cpc, ctr, roas, cpa, and campaign optimization techniques.
proficiency in google analytics, google ads manager, and meta business suite.
strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
preferred qualifications
google ads or meta blueprint certification.
experience with remarketing, conversion tracking, and audience retargeting.
basic understanding of seo and content marketing.
