Job description:We are looking for a motivated and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting desktop, laptop, and office software solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations by providing technical assistance and resolving technical issues efficiently.*Key Responsibilities*:- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and MS Office products.- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems.- Assist users in resolving IT-related issues in their daily operations.- Diagnose and resolve software application issues.- Configure, update, and maintain antivirus software to ensure system security.- Provide basic networking support and have a general understanding of DNS and DHCP protocols.- Ensure hardware and software applications are in optimal working condition.- Maintain detailed logs of issues and resolutions.*Required Skills*:- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.- Basic knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.- Familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS and DHCP.- Good communication skills and customer-service oriented attitude.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
