About the Role
We are looking for a structured and client-focused Sales CRM professional to manage lead coordination, client
communication, follow-ups, and sales process tracking. The role is critical in ensuring smooth client experience from
lead allocation to project sign-off, while supporting the sales team in achieving higher conversion efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track all sales leads through the CRM system from inquiry to closure.
Allocate leads to sales consultants and monitor response timelines.
Coordinate client follow-ups, meeting schedules, and documentation.
Ensure timely communication with clients regarding proposals, revisions, and approvals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, status updates, and sales pipelines.
Support sales team with quotations, BOQs, and proposal coordination.
Track conversions, drop-offs, and reasons for non-closure.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales performance reports.
Act as a single point of contact between clients, sales, and design teams during pre-sales.
Ensure adherence to internal sales processes and timelines.
