Key responsibilities:

DRA [Debt Recovery Agent] Certified Tele callers;

NON DRA - Experienced up to 6 Months can also apply:

*Manage a large number of Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner.

*Identifying customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide relevant solutions to the customers.

*Maintain regular follow-up with Customer till closure of Overdue Accounts.

*Fair Knowledge of Banking Products.

Callers (< 1 Yr Exp with NO DRA) shall be supported with Banking Certification [IIBF DRA];

Minimum Salary of Rs./- +Additional Performance Bonus is your incentive
