key responsibilities:

dra [debt recovery agent] certified tele callers;

non dra - experienced up to 6 months can also apply:

*manage a large number of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

*identifying customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide relevant solutions to the customers.

*maintain regular follow-up with customer till closure of overdue accounts.

*fair knowledge of banking products.

callers (< 1 yr exp with no dra) shall be supported with banking certification [iibf dra];

minimum salary of rs./- +additional performance bonus is your incentive
