Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and managing data with accuracy and efficiency in a part-time, work-from-home setup. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Data Entry:** Input data from various sources into the specified software and databases accurately and promptly.

2. **Data Management:** Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easy to access.

3. **Quality Check:** Review and verify data to ensure all entries are correct and complete, resolving any discrepancies as needed.

4. **Reporting:** Generate reports based on entered data as required, aiding in project tracking and performance analysis.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have excellent typing skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in basic computer software and knowledge of spreadsheet applications are essential. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are needed to meet deadlines. Effective communication skills are important to collaborate with team members and clarify data-related queries. A basic understanding of data confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly is expected. Being a fresher is acceptable, provided the candidate is eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
