Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Verification**: Check and validate data for completeness and accuracy, making any necessary corrections to maintain data integrity.

- **File Management**: Organize and manage digital files systematically, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible for reference and future use.

- **Reporting**: Prepare simple reports on data entry activities, highlighting any discrepancies or issues that need attention.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a basic understanding of computer applications and typing skills, with a reasonable typing speed and good knowledge of grammar and spelling. Attention to detail is crucial, as accurate data entry is essential for our operations. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate with team members.
