The candidate should have the ability to help customers via Online Chat, Phone, or Remote Support.
Responsibilities
1. Identify customer needs and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
2. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful customer conversations.
3. Discuss feature requests and workaround with team members.
4. Inform customers about new features and functionality while installing our software via a remote support tool.
5. Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
6. As required, take on additional responsibilities on an ongoing basis.
