A graduate with minimum two years prior experience leading a small team of customer support executives, customer interaction, billing, collection, complaint resolution, emailing, telephonic skills and MS-office. Should have prior experience of speaking and convincing people.

Need to be self-motivated and ready to promptly work for organisational goals. Prefer to know English, Malayalam & Tamil fluently.
