hiring for our captive process webvio technologies pvt ltd.

looking for candidates with excellent english communication skills.

candidate should have minimum 1 yr experience in international bpo sales process.

working days: 24 working days in a month , 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday leave .

shifts: us shift (inbound voice) fixed shift with roster off

incentive : up to 4 lacs in a month ( average incentive 10 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary

salary : 18k to 22k

responsibilities:-

ge incoming phone calls

tify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

ide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

le customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
