We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Perungudi. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to Customer Inquiries: You will handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, addressing their questions and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.

- Resolve Issues: You will effectively troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner to maintain customer trust.

- Maintain Customer Records: You will update and manage customer information and interactions in our systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

- Provide Product Information: You will assist customers by providing detailed information about our products and services, helping them make informed decisions.

- Follow Up with Customers: After resolving issues, you will follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback, which helps improve our service.

Required Skills and Expectations:

We are looking for candidates who are proactive and eager to learn, with strong communication skills, especially in English. You should possess a BA degree and have a positive attitude when dealing with customers. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but we welcome fresh graduates as well. You must be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and have good problem-solving abilities. Being a team player and showing empathy in customer interactions is essential.
