Roles and Responsibilities
Take calls from customers to understand and address their queries and concerns.
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a shrinkage rate of less than 8% for the month.
Adapt to increased call volumes as needed to support operations.
Mandatory Requirements
0-2 years of experience, preferably in tele sales.
Proficiency in Hindi and two regional languages (Kannada/Telugu/Tamil).
Degree in any field.
Flexibility to work shifts from 9 AM to 6 PM, six days a week (Monday to Saturday).
