Education Diploma/Bachelors Degree in electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation(Preferable) MS-CIT (For basic computer knowledge) Certification is not mandatory.Requirements Good Verbal and Written communication skill Must have basic panel wiring knowledge Willing to go On-site Driving license is mandatory.Roles & Responsibilities Conduct machine trials. Prepare trial reports and other Customer Support process documents. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues either by taking remote access or by visiting customer place. Communicate clients via call, E-Mail, SMS. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Resolve customer issues in timely and accurate manner.Note: - Only Male candidates are applicable.Freshers can also apply.
