Job Description

• to manage the executions of daily activities related to customer & sales support such as order processing, oa, quotation, pi and sales order.

• execution of the customer complaints recording & responding to enquires and follows up actions thereby as per the set response time.

• control and monitor materials issued for customer trials and follow up actions.

• leads assignment

• payment follow up

• quotation follow up

• inspection of materials prior to dispatch

• enquiry follow up

• answering phone calls

• timely response to oa, pi, so, quotation, customer complaints and enquires received over phone, email , fax etc

• answering phone call and attending visitors.
