To manage the executions of daily activities related to customer & sales support such as Order Processing, OA, Quotation, PI and sales order. Execution of the customer complaints recording & responding to enquires and follows up actions thereby as per the set response time. Control and monitor materials issued for customer trials and follow up actions. Leads Assignment Payment follow up Quotation Follow up Inspection of Materials prior to dispatch Enquiry follow up Answering phone calls Timely response to OA, PI, SO, Quotation, Customer Complaints and Enquires received over phone, email , fax etc Answering phone call and attending visitors.
