Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for making outbound calls (UK) and regular follow up on leads assigned.
Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade /renew the packages.
Need to be flexible with UK time zone.
Strictly adhere to the process requirements
Able to achieve deadlines and target as assigned
Responsible for generating Leads and interacting with customers

Excellent communication both written and Verbal English
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to think independently and make decisions
Capable of working under pressure
Should be a good Team player.
Eager to learn new things and implement innovative ideas
Persistent and Problem solving abilities
Good skills in computer, especially MS Excel
