Responsibility
-Attend customers calls, and resolving their issues
-Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or replacements.
-Contact to customer and ask them for review update
Keeping track of reviews from Amazon, Flipkart and other social media, reply them time to time.
-immediate reply to WhatsApp chat, Emails.
-Send mail to our customer about our offers and discounts.
-Overseeing the customer service process.
-Maintain excel sheet for customer data
-Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media.
-Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
-Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale

-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
-Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
