Job Description: We are hiring Customer Service Representatives and Team Leaders to support our .-based clients. If you're fluent in English, love talking to people, and are comfortable working night shifts, we want to hear from you.

We are especially looking for young, energetic candidates (born in or after 1999) who studied in English-medium schools and want to build a career in international client support.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls or make outbound calls to .-based customers
Resolve inquiries professionally and efficiently with clarity and empathy
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Follow standard scripts or workflows to ensure consistency and compliance
Communicate clearly in American English, using appropriate tone and pacing
Escalate complex issues to Operations Lead and Process Managers as needed
Meet individual performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and first-call resolution
Work closely with team members to maintain a positive and collaborative environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in . voice-based customer service preferred
OR: Excellent spoken English with near-native fluency and neutral/American accent
Must have attended English-medium school (12th pass or higher)
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work full-time in India night shift
Familiarity with Netflix, American culture, or pop culture is a plus
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and CRM tools
