Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Resolve issues promptly while adhering to company guidelines.
Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product/service knowledge and policy changes.
Requirements:
Prior customer service experience (preferred).
Fluent in English (verbal/written); additional languages a plus.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
Flexibility to commit to 12-hour shifts and rotational leave.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria:
Fluent in English & Hindi (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
Prior experience in customer service/BPO roles preferred
Age: 2130 years
Valid passport & medically fit for UAE employment and Candidate must be non-Muslim
