€¢ Stay updated on product/service knowledge and policy changes.
Requirements:
€¢ Prior customer service experience (preferred).
€¢ Fluent in English (verbal/written); additional languages a plus.
€¢ Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
€¢ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
€¢ Flexibility to commit to 12-hour shifts and rotational leave.
€¢ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria:
œ…Fluent in English & Hindi (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
œ…Prior experience in customer service/BPO roles preferred
œ…Age: 21€“30 years
œ…Valid passport & medically fit for UAE employment and Candidate must be non-Muslim
