Experience: 0 to 7 years - Both Fresher's and Experienced candidates are eligible.

Job Description:

Voice process (Inbound & Outbound Process)

Receive calls from customers to resolve their issues

Reply to customers and address their concerns

Communicate with the client via phone to discuss ongoing issues

Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.

Communication Skills should be Excellent

Job Location: Surat

Shift Timings : Night Shift (US and UK Shift)

Salary: 18,000 to - 35, /month

Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
