? Responsible for CFS Nomination with focus on Container Movement to DPD+CFS or CFS.

? Once received Pre-alert from client then check ETA of confirm to client.

? Checking the document received from the client and forwarding the same along with the Checklist to the client for approval and keep track of the approval status.

? After filling advice sends BOE copy to respective party for Duty Payment.

? Coordinate with staff at JNPT and Sahar cargo staff solving queries.

? Handling all type of Import Documentation, FCL,LCL, DDP, HSS shipment, FOB, CIF and C&F.

? Co-ordination with respective party and other Relatives Agencies for Delivery of Shipments & Planning for Delivery.

? DO Co-ordination, preparation of DO purpose BOND, Letter, NOC, LOI etc.

? Sending request to Shipping line for Invoice, DO, etc. through ODEX.

? Finalizing daily update on DSR and sending the same to the respective party.

? Maintaining day to day record of each shipment & updating the client via telephone & emails.

? Ensuring timely receipt of post clearance files from operations along with all necessary supporting

? Communicating and coordinating with the customers and operations team for ensuring smooth import operations.

? Good Communicate to Customer and our Operation Team for done a good Job.

? Streamlined the existing operations by addressing all the challenges related to the uncleared consignments ad addressed all the challenges efficiently.
