manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely re to company policies and procedures.
responsible for answering queries and assisting customers through chat . should possess the skills to be able to handle queries from customers in a professional, clear, and concise manner.

educational qualification: graduation
experience (in years) freshers / 0 to 12 months

working hours:
