We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Gold Loan Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for handling daily gold loan operations, customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with gold loan processing and explain loan terms.

Evaluate and verify gold ornaments for purity and weight.

Maintain accurate loan documentation and records.

Handle cash transactions securely and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

🔹 Requirements:

Graduation preferred.

Prior experience in gold loan or financial services is an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Trustworthy and detail-oriented.
