Shift Timing: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM (Fixed Shift)(Drop will be provided to only Girls)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Job Description:

We are hiring Non-Voice Robo Process Executives for our international outbound call center. This is a system-based role no calling or voice communication involved. Candidates should be able to understand basic English and follow process instructions accurately.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: Class 10 (Matriculation)

Age Limit: 18 35 years

Communication: Should understand English (reading & comprehension)

Experience: Freshers are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

Manage automated outbound processes efficiently

Monitor and report system performance

Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and timeliness

Follow company SOPs and maintain process quality

Skills Required:

Basic computer knowledge

Average communication skills

Attention to detail and discipline

Ability to follow instructions carefully
