Candidates should have their own Laptop/Desktop with below mentioned configuration :

Processor Core i5 Generation 7 or above

8 GB RAM

Genuine Windows 10 or 11 with latest service pack.

Camera availability is must

Broadband connection is mandatory with >=20 Mbps Internet Speed ( Mobile hotspot is not allowed)

Genuine/Full version of Endpoint protection on system.

Compatible USB headsets

UPS is mandatory for Desktops.

EDR Installation is must

Shifts: Rotational

Shifts Duration: 9

Weekly Offs: 1 Weekly Off rotational

Mode of Interviews: Virtual over video call.

Graduation with minimum 1 year documented experience

Excellent communication skills along with good grammatical and sentence formation skills.
