genuine windows 10 or 11 with latest service pack.

camera availability is must

broadband connection is mandatory with >=20 mbps internet speed ( mobile hotspot is not allowed)

genuine/full version of endpoint protection on system.

compatible usb headsets

ups is mandatory for desktops.

edr installation is must

shifts: rotational

shifts duration: 9

weekly offs: 1 weekly off rotational

mode of interviews: virtual over video call.

graduation with minimum 1 year documented experience

excellent communication skills along with good grammatical and sentence formation skills.
