Roles and Responsibilities

* Responding to and resolving customer queries via call.

* Handling customer queries via call.

* Freshers and candidates with prior relevant (BPO) and non-relevant (other domain) experience are eligible to apply

* Master graduate candidates must have a minimum of 1-year work experience in the BPO sector

* Good command over written and verbal English is mandatory

Desired Candidate Profile

* Should have Excellent communication Skills

* Freshers can apply with excellent communication

* Should be flexible in working in any shifts and week off's

Should be excellent in communication.

10 + 12 is mandatory.

5 days working and 2 days off(rotational off)

Rotational shift

Two way cab facility.

Salary : 16,000 upto 30,000 take home( Depending on your performance)

Freshers and Experienced can apply

Should be currently living in Bangalore
