Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Service / Technical Support Representatives who will interact with customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, or web-based platforms, depending on the client’s needs. This role involves resolving routine issues, providing product or service support, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver services in alignment with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Understand customer needs through effective probing and provide accurate solutions
Respond to inquiries in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, services, and processes
Accurately document all customer interactions and follow-up actions
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Promote and offer relevant products and services to customers
Utilize internal systems and tools to track, resolve, and document support tickets
Refer to knowledge bases, internal documentation, or senior staff when needed
Additional Responsibilities (Content Moderator Role – if applicable):
Candidates selected for a Content Moderator role may be required to:
Review and moderate user-generated content including text, images, and videos
Identify and escalate content involving violence, extremism, explicit content, or material violating platform policies
Ensure flagged content aligns with the client’s terms of service and community standards
Work with high sensitivity and objectivity on sensitive or controversial topics
Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Good computer navigation and basic PC knowledge
Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly professional
Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a high-paced environment
Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and changing work schedules
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
A positive attitude with patience and empathy in customer interactions
Additional Notes:
Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive tasks and dynamic KPIs
Prior customer service, BPO, or moderation experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Proper training and support will be provided
