Job Description

Customer Engagement & Sales

Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, materials, warranties, and usage benefits.

Help customers compare product options and make informed decisions.

Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure lead conversion.

Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Communication & Coordination

Coordinate with showroom manager for stock availability.

Handover customer details to accounts/admin for quotation, invoicing, and billing.
