Job Description

- Interact with customers to provide information and address inquiries: As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through various communication channels to assist them with their queries and provide them with accurate information about products or services.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues: You will be expected to receive and address customer complaints promptly, finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Process orders and manage customer accounts: Your role will involve processing customer orders, updating account information, and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.

- Assist customers with product or service-related issues: You will need to have a good understanding of the products or services offered by the company in order to effectively assist customers with any issues they may encounter.

- Maintain customer satisfaction and strive for a positive customer experience: It is crucial for you to ensure that customers are satisfied with the service they receive, going above and beyond to create a positive experience for them.

Required skills and expectations:

1. Good communication skills: You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and convey information clearly.

2. Problem-solving abilities: Being able to think on your feet and find solutions to customer issues is essential in this role.
