Roles and Responsibilities
Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about Doctor schedule, hospital services, booking and canceling appointments, or obtaining details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM.
Associate must reply to those queries in a set format.
Responsible for booking the doctor appointments on a web portal.
