Roles and Responsibilities
· Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients.
· Answer calls professionally to provide information about Doctor schedule, hospital services, booking and canceling appointments, or obtaining details of complaints.
· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM.
· Associate must reply to those queries in a set format.
· Responsible for booking the doctor appointments on a web portal.
