Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM software).
Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements.
Generate reports on customer feedback, complaints, and engagement.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely updates.
Upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CRM Executive or similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CRM software (., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving attitude and patience.
