Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.Maintain and update customer databases (CRM software).Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements.Generate reports on customer feedback, complaints, and engagement.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.Follow up on leads and ensure timely updates.Upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.Requirements:Proven experience as a CRM Executive or similar customer-facing role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Problem-solving attitude and patience.

Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.Handle GST filings, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.Manage accounts payable and receivable.Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing activities.Maintain documentation and filing system for accounting records.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Busy, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).Excellent MS Excel skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and organizational skills.
