responsibilities of a relationship executive :
• deliver organization details in order to persuade potential customers .
• explain about clients and answer questions from customers.
• obtain customer information such as name, address, and fix appointments.
• answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
• telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial donor contacts.
• participate in the day to day work of the organisation – such as reporting, attending team and board meetings as required, and taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks.
• participate in staff appraisals and appropriate training for the role.
