Job Role- Customer Relationship Associate (CRA)

Salary range- LPA to 4 LPA

Job description

Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts

Collect payments on past due bills

Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans

Handle questions or complaints

Investigate and resolve discrepancies

Update account status and database regularly

Adhere to the policies according to the SOP

Ability to work in rotational shifts (US) 5:30pm to 10:30am

Eligibility

Minimum HSC(12th) or equivalent from a recognised board

Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)

Should be a resident in Mumbai (western line preferred)

**Fresher or experienced candidates from any industry can apply with willingness to work and make careers in the BPO industry
