Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion:

Work towards converting leads into sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM tools or software.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
