Job Description

In a real estate context like Nestor Homes, a Customer Relation Executive (CRE) acts as the vital bridge between the company and its buyers, managing the journey from the initial booking to the final handover of the property.

Core Responsibilities

Post-Sales Management: Handle the Welcome Call after booking and provide regular updates on construction progress.

Payment Tracking: Follow up on payment schedules and assist customers with bank loan documentation and disbursements.

Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer grievances regarding property features, timelines, or paperwork.

Possession & Handover: Facilitate the final site visit (snagging) and manage the legal formalities of registry and key handover.

Key Skills

Communication: Ability to explain complex real estate laws and payment plans in simple terms.

CRM Proficiency: Experience with tools like Salesforce or Zoho to track lead status and customer history.

Documentation Knowledge: Familiarity with RERA norms, GST in real estate, and stamp duty processes.
